Always use a rubber
-band to recover your grip. These are great for climbing sessions. When ever i get a pump from during climbing ill use the extralight or light band to cool me down, after a few sets ill be ready to climb again (of course i rest too). Then after a big grip day ill do sets with the medium band. The heavy and extra heavy are for THE STRONG, so i wont be needing them until i make more grippy gains. Yet again a great quality product.
