Our Slime Ball is the fun and fast way to start building grip. The varied surface provides a totally unique feel and stimulus. This grip is great attached to a cable stack, hooked up to a loading pin, or even hung from a pullup bar for hangs. Similar to the Genie Ball it's great for face pulls, triceps pushdowns, and rows. Get all the joy of being slimed without the, you know, 30 gallons of viscous liquid pouring over your nose.
